Although every house has its own private garden there are several community common areas which can be shared by all residents and their guests.  Residents are asked to wen they use them to keep them clean and tidy and always be considerate to others.

 

Note: All common grounds and facilitates are used entirely at residents and their guests risk and neither owner or any of their taff or owners family are responsible for any loss or injury.

Residents Guests:- Tenants are reminded they are responsible for their guests use of common grounds, pool and relax area and fro any damage caused by their guests.

 

• Bicycles are provided free for all residents but please make sure they are put back neatly in the correct area. 

• Residents may make use of all common areas but no more than 2 guests at pool.

• If using BBQ area for a BBQ and more than 4-5 person (in total) please use BBQ area by duck pond and not one in sala by pool.

• Please remove all rubbish etc when using common areas and no smoking at pool or in Sala areas please.

• Please observe village quite times from 10pm to 8 am and generally take care to keep noise to a minimum.

• We keep free range eggs and grow organic vegetables. If you see we have a large surplus of a crop please help yourself but for your needs only. We operate a honesty system so just add a little to your tent to help cover cost.

• Free range eggs are sometimes available (once our uses are satisfied) cost is 80 baht for 10 (ask house keeper)

Private Shared Pool – equipped with loungers nd with its own covered sala (pavilion) with table, chairs and fan. Residents are asked to consider others when using pool and no more than 2 extra guests are normally allowed to use the pool (ie residents and 2 guests only). There is a toilet and shower in pump room next to pool. A few sensible rules:-

 

• Please leave pool areas as you find them and remove any rubbish etc

• Do not bring glass to pool or in pool area. It bringing drinks only use plastic cups or containers please.

• The pool my be used at ny time but please observe village quite times of after 10pm.and before 8 am. At these times please be extra quite.

Duck Pond Area Sala and BBQ

For use of all residents and their guests. As well as a BBQ and sitting area there is a small kitchen equipped with hob, air con and can be used for food preparations etc . Please clean are after use

 

Children

There is children’s sand pit by duck pond. IF you or guests have children please consider other residents and if they are going to be play noisily better to use area by duck pond. Parents please do not let young children ply alons especially in pond or pool area and make sure your children done disturb ducks or chickens or other animls we keep.
