We offer for both long term tenants and short term lets the following. Please enquire re rates since it depends on level of service. 

 

Laundry – A full laundry service priced per KG

Maid Service – If required we can offer depending on availability a full maid service from ½ day (4 hours) to a full day 

Motorbike Hire – we have 5 standard Honda click or wave machines all fully reconditioned. We guarantee cheapest rates

Car Hire -  With or without driver. We usually have 2 vehicles both older but in excellent condition at very low rates.  Honda City and a Honda CRV both Automatic. You wont find cheaper and available daily, weekly or monthly. Note: without driver only available for our long stay tenants

Baby sitting  - The owners mother lives on site and will baby sit would young or older child. Rates are arranged and payment made directly to her starting at 200 baht for 2-3 hours then usually 50 baht an hour. If after 10 pm a surcharge  of 50 applies..

Bicycle – Free of charge  we have several bicycles including 1 for small children. For local use only and must be returned daily.

Shopping/Taxi service – Dependent on staff and vehicle availability  we can offer car and driver for short local trips  at competitive rates From 1 hour return trip. Enquire re latest rates and availability.

Airport Pick up/drop off  -    As per Taxi services   

Gardening -  maintenance of pool BBQ areas and gardening of all communal areas is included for both long term tenants and short term/ holiday lets. Long term tenants are responsible for ensuring their own private gardens are well maintained but most long term tenants make use of our staff at low monthly charge.
